IPNEWS: The Supreme Court of Liberia, has ordered the arrest of the Director General of the Financial Intelligence Agency (FIA), others arrested for failing to make returns in a case involving the Omega Insurance Group Ltd. and the FIA formerly FIU.
In a directive by Justice-in-chambers, Jamesetta Wolokollie, ordered the sheriff to ensure the Respondents show cause why the petitioner prayer must not be granted for failing to make returns since it was ordered to make such since October 8,2023. see details or writ below:
