IPNews-Monrovia,Liberia-30 September 2018: Early morning preparations are ongoing for the arrival of President George Manneh Weah and delegation following a successful address to the United Nations general Assembly.
Our reporter who is covering the arrival of the President filed in that as early as 6:00A.M. Sunday morning buses loaded with partisans and supporters of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change-CDC , are seen loaded headed to the Roberts International Airport where the president and delegation are expected to arrive at 10:00A.M. this morning.
Earlier ahead of the planned arrival of the president and delegation, CDC National Chairman, Mulbah K. Morlu, rallied supporters to turn out in the numbers to signal to the Liberians and world that President George Weah still enjoys the trust and confidence of the Liberian people who overwhelmingly elected him as Liberia’s 25th President.
Chairman Morlu, stated that was important to continued the support to the government as it is committed to ensuring all persons lined to the disappearance of the controversial 16 billion Liberian dollars will be brought to face the full weight of the law.
It may be recall President George Weah following his address to the 73rd general session of the United National General Assembly, held sidelines discussion with numbers of business entrepreneurs , paid a courtesy visit to the US Military base at Orange, where he was taken and given full military honors.
