Liberia: LDEA BOSS WANTS BUDGETARY INCREMENT

IPNEWS: LDEA Director General Abe Kromah calls for increased budgetary allocation aimed at combating illegal substances across the Country, says the entity lacks logistical support for operation.

As a means of combating drugs across the country, the Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency has called on the national Legislature to increase the budgetary allotment to the Agency.

Making the plea at the Ministry of Information Culture Affairs and Tourism regular press briefing Thursday, LDEA Director General Col. Abraham Kromah said the entity needs more logistics support for operations aimed at minimizing drugs in the country.

The LDEA Boss further disclosed that in the coming days the Agency will visit worship centers to interact with more citizens, noting that such a path will help the entity to get further information.

Col. Abraham Kromah At the same time admonished all Liberians to help the DEA in eradicating drugs from the Liberian market.
