District #15 Rep. Kamara Fulfills Promise for Boatswain School Upliftment and Church Edifice’s Expansion

 

IPNEWS-Monrovia: Montserrado County District #15 Representative, Abu Bana Kamara, has fulfilled a promise made to the Boatswain Junior High School, for a facelift of the school and at the same time opting to upgrade the government public school to a senior high school in District#15.

In efforts to transform the Boatswain Junior School to the only public Senior High School in District #15, Representative Abu Bana Kamara has donated 500 bags of cement, four loads of crushed rocks and two loads of sand to enhance renovation work at the school which will qualify it to become a senior high school.

It can recalled Rep. Kamara promised his constituents that Boatswain Junior School needed to be up-graded to a senior high school after being an institution that has molded the minds of so many Liberians on Bushrod Island as well as in Gardnersville.

IPNEWS learned that Rep. Kamara as up-and-coming young man, attended Boatswain Junior High School as a resident of Logan Town back in the day, and as beneficiary of the institution, he is obliged to assist to elevate the school to a Senior High School.

That is why he decided to assist in the some renovation work to prepare Boatswain Junior School to become a Senior High School in District #15. This presentation is in fulfillment of a commitment made during the groundbreaking ceremony held on the 11th of May 2022.

Meanwhile, Rep. Kamara as a devout Christian, he has also made a donation of 100 bags of cement of cements to the New Born Church of Faith to enhance the expansion of the church edifice.

Representative Abu Bana Kamara is a professional of lot of experiences having contributed his quota to lot of professional institutions in Liberia.

He has served previously as Consultant at Kanu Equipment; CEO at Maya Resources Incorporated; CEO at Abu Developmental Initiative – ADI; Former Deputy Managing Director for Administration at LPRC; Former Assistant Minister for Administration at Ministry of Post & Telecommunications; Former Acting Deputy Minister for Land & Rail at Ministry of Transport, Land & Rail; Former Assistant Minister for Land & Rail at Ministry of Transport, Land & Rail; Former Senior Advisor to the Passport Director at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Madam Mary Broh); Former Procurement Consultant of Ministry of State Special Project at Ministry of State; Former supervisor at Alpha Logging & Wood Processing Company; Former Special Assistant at Koffa & Korkoya Law Firm; Former Operation Manager at Pacific Resources Incorporated; Former manager at Wardson’s Video Inc.

He studied at the Monrovia College and Industrial School and the University of Liberia.
