Recently some International Investigators and main strain members of the International community informed IPNEWS they are now coming to terms that majority of the War crime allegations made by Hassan Bility, Civitas Maxima and Center for Justice and Accountability are just to make or to settle personal scores given overwhelming evidences that some of those accused were never in Liberia at the time of early January-February 1990, which now served as bases for prosecution for many of the proceedings now emerging.
