Reports in Monrovia late this evening,says Police in Monrovia have arrested the Central Bank Deputy governor Charles Sirleaf,son of former president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.
Even though circumstances surrounding his arrest is not yet known, but his arrest follows today final report submission by the special presidential taskforce on the alleged missing 16 billion headed by Charles Gibson.
According to sources at the CBL, Mr. Sirleaf was arrested late this evening along with the Director for Banking at the CBL identified as Sam Manner.
Our sources further hinted that currently there is higher police presence at the CBL minutes after the arrest was made. Detail comes in shortly.
