IPNews-Monrovia,Liberia-26 June 2018:Five (5) CESAF Contractors working at the Executive Mansion were arrested for allegedly stealing a faber cable which connects the Executive Mansion.
Barclay Kollie and four others were caught in a mass hole where the wire is connecting the Executive Mansion to facility of the Liberia Electricity Cooperation (LEC).
The suspects were arrested by the Executive Protective Services (EPS) on 0ver the weekend at mid night.
According to the Supervisor of Professional Standard Section Augustine F. Bono, of the EPS said contractors of CESAF Construction Company were carrying on renovation works on the building of the Executive Mansion at which time the suspects used the time t0 set up pans to remove the cables .
The five suspects are now being turn over by the EPS to the Liberia National Police for further investigation.
The five men were charged for Theft of Property and Criminal Facilitation by the police.
