In February, 39 Cases On Court Trial Docket

IPNews-Monrovia, Liberia- 23 March 2018:The February Term of Criminal Court “A” at the Temple of Justice has reported 39 cases on its trial docket.

In the report of February Term twelve of the cases has been transferred to Criminal Court “B”.

Of the 39 cases on docket, twelve are for murder, three for criminal attempt to commit murder, twelve for aggravated assault, two for criminal mischief, one case for trespass, kidnapping is one, four for manslaughter, negligent homicide is one, one for human trafficking.

According to the trial docket, the defendants are Mohammed Sheriff, James Zeah, Charles Cyrus, Moses Mcgill, Michael Clarke, Emmanuel C. Nyumah, Jerry Flomo, Sam Zogan, Andrew Flomo, Emmanuel Dahn, Junior Sackie, Thurston Toejeah, Terwweaa Toekpah, Tony Barclay, Kimmie Mime, Solomon Nemwon, Emmanuel Johnson, Edward Nyokai, Jonathan Frank, Isaac Shargan, Prince Zayzay, Badio Mapleh, Ernest Mulbah, James Seaton, Prince Tarr, Sunnyboy Kuekpala, Syvester Harmon, Joseph Freeman, Moses Lavalah, all of the city Monrovia.
