“Jealously Protect your County from Looters”, Deputy Speaker Moye Cautions Bong Citizens; As Rep. Robert Womba Dedicates Classroom project to District

IPNews- Monrovia: Bong County District #4 Representative Robert Womba has dedicated a modernized six classrooms school building to the Chiefs, Elders and people of Belefanai town in District #4 Bong County.

The newly constructed School Building will replace an old miss-shift structure that has been used by the Belefanai Public School over the years.

Speaking during the dedicatory ceremony, Representative Womba said, the construction of the six classrooms school building was his way of giving back to the people of Belefanai for voting him during the 2017 Elections.

According to lawmaker Womba the dedication of the new building over 300 students from Belefanai and surround town and villages will now have the opportunity to learn under a conducive atmosphere.

The Bong District#4 lawmaker noted that it was unbearable for school going kids in their hundreds to learn in a zinc round structure with no area for ventilation especially during the dry seasons.

He called on other well-meaning Liberian, especially citizens of Bong County to follow suit, noting education is the only gift one can give the younger generation.

Meanwhile,

Deputy House Speaker Prince Moye has warned citizens of Bong County not to vote for politicians who have massively failed the for almost a period of nine years in the upcoming mid-tern 2020 senatorial election.

Deputy Speaker Moye Speaking to cross-sections of Bong County citizens in Belefanai over the Weekend said if the county will move forward, it was about time for its citizens to jealously protect it from the hands of those he referred to as “selfish and failed politicians”.

Pointing fingers to Bong County incumbent Senator Henry Yallah who he said has proposed a bill seeking to divide Bong County, Deputy Speaker told citizens that it will be a dangerous path for the people to reelect him, as doing so will mean they agree on dividing the county.

The Bong County District #2 Representative said politicians calling for the division of the County have failed the people over the years with nothing to show, but noted that the only way they will retain power is to divide the county.

According to him, those failed and greedy politicians are doing so just to satisfy their own political quest, adding that any attempt by the people of Bong to divide the county will serve as a recipe chaos for citizens of the County.

Deputy Speaker Prince Moye spoke during a program marking the dedication of a six classroom school building constructed by Bong District #4 Representative Robert Womba.
