SUP Vow To Resist Any Court Order Stoping June 7 Planned Protest

IPNews-Monrovia: The Student Unification Part-SUP of the University of Liberia, says it will not honor any injunction by the Supreme Court To ban the Planned the June 7th Protest.

The standard bearer of SUP-Martin K.N. Kollie stated that ‘No order from any CORRUPT Court can stop June 7 Planned Protest As SUP is continuing its mass mobilization to bring out 50,000 students

Quoting an American Transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau who said “Civil Disobedience is a just response to an unjust law.”

According to Kollie, the ‘Supreme Court has no integrity. The Judiciary under Chief Justice Francis Korkpoh is completely compromised. It is being used by a domineering Executive to suppress our people. We will resist this grand shenanigan.

“The Court has lost public confidence and trust ever since. It is now called Korkpoh Court (KC) and not Supreme Court (SC). Justice is on sale under Korkpoh. The entire judiciary needs thorough overhauling and rebranding.”. Martin Kollie maintained.

He insisted that the masses will defy any order from it (Korkpoh Court). It is our constitutional right to peacefully assembly according to Article 17 and no CORRUPT Court can abrogate this right.

Martin Kollie: “We the Vanguard Student Unification Party (SUP) remains loyal and committed to its promise of mobilizing 50,000 youths and students across our Republic for June 7 Mass Protest..

“We MUST Save The State now or risk perishing in cowardice. It is a matter of national urgency. We are now moving to AME University, United Methodist University, AME Zion University and about 5 high schools for continued mobilization today.”

According to the tough talking student leader, the masses will and must speak on June 7. Enough is enough. The Looting is enough – The hardship is enough. Liberia first, Liberia last. We, The PEOPLE…All Power is inherent in us – Article 1.

There has been no immediate reaction to student Martin Kollie’s statement, but there has been rumoured of a plan ban on planned June Protest by the Supreme Court,a claim yet to be verified by this paper. Details come in later
