Liberia Masons Bounce Back; Installs Three Consistory Valleys Commander-In-Chief

IPNews-Monrovia:The Orient of Liberia, Council of Deliberation,33°, last night held the installation of Commander-In-Chief, and other officers of three Consistory Valleys,at the James E. Pierre, banquet hall,West Benson Street,in Monrovia.

Speaking at the banquet in commemoration of the historic reactivation and installation of Commander-In-Chiefs and Officers of the Valley of Monrovia, Valley of Schiefflin and the Valley of Buchanan, Sovereign Grand Inspector General George E. Henries,33°, lauded the commitment and dedication of Brethren of the three valleys to ensure Craft Masonry is once more flourished in Liberia.

SGIG Henries, recounted the many struggles Manson’s in Liberia had endured over the last 40years, especially with the execution of many of its high ranking officials, including fellow Grand officers, of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Liberia.

“Brethren, your commitment to ensuring the reactivation and subsequent election and installation of officers of your respective Valleys, is not only commendable but sends a signal to the international community that Liberia is getting back from the ashes of its dark period.”

“I personally, feel more gratified by today’s event recounting on the many many years when our beautiful Order was a pint of focus by evil men who had no thinking on the actual meaning of our association.

“Yes! You’ve stood the test of time and today you can be pride fellows and Sublime Princes devoted caring for the needy and the underprivileged in society.” SGIG George Henries stated.

For his part, the commander-In-Chief for the Valley of Buchanan,John G. Lewis, consistory No. 311, Grand Inspector General Eden C. Reeves,33°, lauded the visionary deportment of the Deputy of the Orient and Sovereign Grand Inspector General George E. Henries,33°, for his continued strength to expending Socttish Rite Freemasonry in Liberia.

He praised outgoing Grand Inspector General Nathaniel E. Kevin,33°, for his show of leadership and effectiveness in steering the affairs of the Buchanan Valley in 2018.

” I would like to you for overseeing the establishment of our valley and history will remember you.”

In the same like, Grand Inspector General Ahmed Wazni,33°, Commander-In-Chief, Valley of Monrovia, Mesurado Consistory No.237, praised SGIG Henries, for ensuring for laying the foundation for the reactivation of the Orient of Liberia.

He call on Brethren of the Valley to remain focused on maintaining all exisiting projects.
“Let us work and do good,so that, the world can see how good and great Scottish Rite Mansory is.

Also making remarks, was the commander-In-Chief of the Valley of Schiefflin, Grand Inspector General Lyndon G. Mabande,33°.

GIG Mabande, lauded outgoing Commander-In-Chief,Grand Inspector General Willis J. Allen, for steering the affairs of the Valley of Schiefflin effectively and efficiently over the last two years, especially for maintaining peace and harmony within the Valley.

He reminded Brethren of the Valley that Freemasonry which believed that a man’s true greatness can be measured not by his wealth and fame, but by his deeds, his character, his truth,his tolerance,his charity,his trust,his friendship,and his love for his fellow creature.

“We urge you to seek this kind of human greatness. In our daily lives,we, as responsible leaders and members of the Valley, must seek to serve and be selfless in all our undertakings. ”
