Credible reports reaching the Independent Probe Newspaper online Service, is that, some influential members state within ECOWAS   has dispatched to Liberia one of the two famous  election experts Afari  Gyan of Ghana and David Colliee to jointly assist judicial proceedings  in the wake of a well anticipated petition of Bill of Exception to the Supreme Court following a ruling into a petition filed by contending parties to the National Elections Commission-NEC over the outcome of the October 10 polls .

According to  highly placed sources within the sub-region and contending parties Gyan, is deploy to assist in validating counter  submissions by parties in the ongoing October 10 polls due to his long experiences in Liberia election matters in other parts of Africa and as a former Chairman, Ghana Electoral Commission  and member of the Board of Commissioners of the National Elections Commission of Liberia respectively . It can recalled Afari  Gyan, in 2011, with support from the  International Elections System –IFES.

The other David Colliee, a certified Data Software Developer , who also has diligently served  as member of the Board of Commissioners of the National Elections Commission of Liberia before taking up international duty is another named mentioned.

Mr. Colliee, is respected for his ability in the areas of External data development, manager and analyst in other countries including recently  South Africa  and Ghana . Detail comes in soon.
