Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Associate who is able to generate new business opportunities, network, manage relationships with existing clients and promote the business through social media. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in sales, understands customer needs, and can effectively communicate the value of our products or services in-person or online.

Duty and Responsibility
• Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about product trends.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to improve sales
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends with management.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process
Requirements and Skills:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Knowledge of social media platform features and functionality
• Ability to interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback
• Camera confident with a natural ability to present yourself effectively
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence on our various pages
• Physical endurance (need to be on his/her feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations)
