IPNEWS: The General Services Agency (GSA) is pleased to announce that its Director General, Hon. Galakpai W. Kortimai has departed Liberia on September 23, 2024, to attend a prestigious invitation from the Delaware African and Caribbean Affairs Commission, United States of America. He will participate in the Infrastructure and Public Services panel at the Delaware African and Caribbean Affairs Commission Tourism Fair and Economic Summit set to take place on September 25-27, 2024 respectively.
Hon. Kortimai will address key stakeholders from various sectors during this vital summit, presenting the case for Liberiaโs pressing infrastructure needs. The focus will be on fostering international collaboration to modernize the General Services Agency. Specifically, he will advocate for the provision of modern coding equipment, capacity building and logistical support essential for enhancing the operational capacity of the GSA.
This opportunity aligns with the Agencyโs commitment to improving public services across Liberia and underscores the importance of global cooperation in realizing sustainable infrastructure development in the country. Hon. Kortimai emphasizes that this engagement will not only highlight Liberiaโs infrastructure challenges but also showcase the nationโs potential for investment and partnership.
