IPNEWS: The Vice Running mate of the All Liberian Coalition party ALCOP had endorsed the Presidential bid of Liberia President George Mannah Weah ahead of the November 14, run-off Election.
Speaking at the Endorsement program in Monrovia Mr.Matthew Darblo said his Endorsement for the Liberian leader is based on his developmental print that had touched the lives of many Liberians.
He said Electing the President for the second term will put the country on the path of interim Development and National Reconciliation which Liberia Liberians need at the moment.
Darblo said his decision to support the re-election bid of President Weah is not the political difference between him and the former Vice President Boakai but rather Based on what they had seen from the past five years.
” We want for the Country to be peaceful and for this Government to Continue what they had started this is why we the two to third membership of the Executive Committee of the Party had decided to go the CDC side “.
The ALCOP Vice Running mate added that President Weah managed to run the country from Domestic Revenue generated by Liberians, without much International support.
He said their action to join rank with the CDC it’s in the interest of the Liberian people because the CDC is a massive Party,” it’s time that Liberians come out in their numbers to massively defect the Former Ruling Party he added.
Darblo in his Endorsement speech narrated the many Development that the ALCOP had seen from the construction of Hospitals in Gbarpolu County, and Margibi County, pavement of community roads, and tuition-free programs at all government Universities, Free WASSC fees among many reasons for and the executive committee plage their support to Weah.
He said if wins the upcoming run-off Election the country and its people will witness massive development throughout the country but if they elect Former Vice President Boakai Liberia Liberians will Witness serious setbacks because they are coming to pay debt and the country will be more divided.
The ALCOP Vice Running mate endorsement, came in when the political leader of the ALCOP is on the other hand planning to Endorse the Presidential bid of Liberia’s former Vice President Boakai at its Headquarters on the Japan freeway later today.
