IPNEWS-Monrovia: A well-designed program to promote productive behavior and skills can not only energize an organization’s workforce but also become an essential element of any successful transformation.
Based on this backdrop, Africa Access Health (AAH), a nongovernmental organization established in February 2022 by a group of young Liberian students to accelerate access to essential health services for all in Africa through healthcare delivery to the underserved population, ended a two-day long ‘leadership and volunteers capacity building workshop’ for its staffs and volunteers.
The workshop which began from May 5 and ended on the 6th 2023, was held under the theme ‘Positioning for Better Access’, aim to provide staffs with skills, knowledge, and techniques to enhance their performance and productivity.
The workshop brought together some experienced healthcare access and outcome”.
He let out that the organization believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and is working towards a future where all Africans can live healthy and productive lives.
Africa Access Health (AAH) is grounded on five (5) principles or values; Healthcare, Research and advocacy, Innovation, Accountability and integrity, and has a mission to increase access to quality healthcare services for resilient African communities with vision to transform healthcare for all in Africa. With a focus on impact and sustainability, Africa Access Health (AAH) will strive to make a positive difference in the lives of underserved people in Liberia.
