“We Remain Open to Other Discussion”, SEN. KARNGA – LAWRENCE Hints

——— As Intense negotiations for Cummings-Karnga-Lawrence               Ticket Heats Up

IPNEWS: In the wake of mounting speculations that there are scenes of negotiation between embattled Liberty Party political leader and Grand Bassa County Senator Nyonblee kanga-Lawrence for a possible Cummings-Lawrence pick, Senator Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence has hinted that she will shortly speak out on next political move in the wake of last week’s naming of Nimba County Senator Jeremiah Koung as running mate to her longtime political ally Joseph N. Boakai.

Senator Karnga-Lawrence in social media post on her official Facebook Page hinted that there were ongoing talks both publicly and privately for her next political move.

“As leaders, we are open to talking with everyone in public or privately, as we have always done”.

” Under the prevailing circumstances, our decision will be guided by our principles and vision in the best interest of our country. We will speak out soon”. Senator Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence stated.

The embattled Liberty Party Political Leader posted after several other political groups including Alexander B. Cummings of the Alternative National Congress, Unity Party Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr., and others allegedly reached out to her to capture her support.

Last week, it was speculated that former Liberian president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf was allegedly behind an intense lobby for a Cummings-Karnga-Lawrence ticket amidst his being left in the cold by Unity Party JNB.

The intense behind-the-scenes meeting according to the speculation includes Sen. Abe Darius Dillon and Sen. Lawrence for their unwavering support to CPP political leader Alexander Cummings. IPNEWS is yet to verify these speculations.

However, supporters of Sen. Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence have continuously posted that Amb. Joseph N. Boakai did not promise Sen. Lawrence a running mate post, adding that Sen.

Karnga-Lawrence too didn’t promise Amb. Joseph Boakai her support.  Several supporters of Sen. Karnga-Lawrence have vowed to follow their Political Leader when the time is right.
