Liberia: Publisher Association Inaugurates New Officials Friday

—As CBL Governor J. Aloysius Tarlue, Jr., Expected to Serve as Installing Officer

IPNEWS: The Publishers Association of Liberia (PAL), the umbrella body of print media owners in the country will on Friday, December 16, 2022, induct into office its newly elected corps of officials that will steer the affairs of the institution for the next three years.

According to a press release dated December 14, 2022, issued by the Inauguration Committee, the induction ceremony will take place at 1: PM at BIG TREAT RESTAURANT Behind LBDI on 9th Street, Sinkor, where President-elect Othello Garblah, Vice President-elect Sam O. Dean, and Abrahim Ansumana Donzo, Financial Secretary-Elect will be officially inducted into office.

The Committee further stated that the Executive Governor of the Central Bank of Liberia, Mr. J. Aloysius Tarlue, Jr., will induct the new PAL leadership into office.

The committee calls on all publishers to come in full for this all-important occasion of the Association.”
