INews-Monrovia: The Civil Law “A” at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia, has issued a Writ of Summon against Representative Edwin Melvin Snowed Jr. for the Charge of Action of Divorce for ‘Incompatibility of temper.’
The Writ of Summon which dated August 12, 2020, commanded Representive Snowe to appear before Judge Kennedy Peabody on or before the 22nd day of August A. D 2020 to answer the complaint of the Supreme Court Bench member, Justice Sie-A-Nyene G. Youh in an action of divorce for Incompatiblity of temper.
Judge Peabody said upon his faliure to appear before the court, a default judgement will be rendered against him.
As a result of the Writ to Summon Bomi County Lawmaker Snowe , Justice Youh has taken her husband to the Civil Law Court ‘A’ for divorce to end their marriage over ‘Incompatiblity of temper’.
According to the Sheriff Cap. Humphrey P. Seequeh returns, Lawmaker Snowe personally received the Writ and informed the Sheriff that he received the Writ in obedience to the law and also pleaded that he was not going to sign the writ.
He added that his action to not sign as evidence of service should not be seeing as refusal to be served but to be seen as a constructive service.
IPNews has gathered that if this request for divorce is granted, this is would be Representative Edwin M. Snowe, third times into a divorce proceeding. Investigation continues..
