Job Description: We are looking to hire a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Store, and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing business strategies, motivating the sales team to fulfill sales goals, and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store.
Objectives of this role
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and a welcoming store atmosphere
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Duty and Responsibility:
• Create business strategies to attract new customers and maintain existing customers
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items based on Management approval
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Contribute to the overall physical maintenance and standards of store
• Assist in maintaining well-stocked products and appealing displays on the sales floor
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers (assist customers in selecting and purchasing goods)
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, and present these reports to Business Management
Requirements and Skills:
• A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Working knowledge of business development best practices
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning and office management
• An eye for creativity and the ability to strategize visually appealing store displays
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
• Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to scheduled delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
