–Say, ‘No Senatorial Vacancy for Other Aspirants’

IPNEWS-Monrovia: Some citizens of River Gee County under the banner, ‘Cross Session of River Gee Citizens’ (CSRGC) for the re-election of Senator Conmany B. Wesseh, on Thursday February 8, 2023, petitioned their lawmaker to seek reelection due to the level of progress made over the years as a Senator of the county who has demonstrated no border in seeking the welfare of his kinsmen.
The Chairperson of CSRGC, Elijah Cheapo the citizens of River Gee thought it wise to petition Sen. Wesseh pointing to seek reelection because they want to give him another chance and opportunity to continue with what he started in the county.
He disclosed that Senator Wesseh, popularly known as “Senator without Borders in the County”, through his advocacy, has brought so many good things to the people of River Gee including provision of scholarships for both national and international students who hail from the county to seek higher education.
He also pointed out that the Senator also constructed schools among others thing, thus prompting the Cross Session of River Gee citizens to petition him to seek reelection, which has validated their endorsement of the good works Senate Wesseh has done for his people in River Gee County.
Accepting the petition from the CSRGC, Senator Wesseh congratulated them for taking out their time to reach out to him and endorse his senatorial reelection bid. According to him, he tried hard to work with youth and students to transform them in order to be a good force in society.
Senator Wesseh said they should encourage others like their relatives, friends and loved ones so that they can organize themselves in such a way that they will go and start with the voters registration process, because the only way they can win is when they register and make themselves champion to vote in October 2023 presidential and legislative elections.
“You must encourage people to register, your relatives, friends who are in the county you must encourage them, that you are registering because you already have somebody who will be re- elected as senator” he iterated.
He then thanked the CSRGC and expressed his likeness for the things they actually believe in, adding, “I just want you to know that we have made the decision to go for reelection and we must work harder to ensure that dream become a reality in the October 2023 presidential and legislative elections .”
