A resident of the Stephen Tolbert Estates Mohammed Dukuly on Monday February 6, 2023 was forwarded to the Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice by the Liberia National Police for stabbing one Fitzgerald E. Curry multiple times.

Defendant Dukuly was arrested, investigated and subsequently charged with the alleged crime of Murder and Criminal Conspiracy for purposely, knowingly and intentionally without any regards to the human person conspired with some friends only  identified as E-Man, Jonathan and Capasino who went in search of the Curry (deceased) within the chicken soup faction Community and met him at the old chicken portray playing with his phone at which time the defendant stabbed him multiple times on his body and escaped on January 19, 2023.

According to the court documents, on Monday January 16, 2023 defendant Dukuly and others conspired against victim Curry to kill him because according to them the victims beat one of their brothers and took away his cellphone.

The documents said while the victim and his friend Van Victor Blessed Dean, were at the  portray, defendant Dukuly along with his men  rushed on Curry and stabbed him multiple times with an instrument believed to be a knife and they all escaped from the scene leaving the victim in a pool of  blood.

However it was also established that after defendant Dukuly along with his men killed Curry they went after witness Dean to also eliminate him, but he quickly managed to escape from them and later went to Curry’s father, Mr. Adolphus Curry to report the act.

The documents also revealed that upon the arrival of the victim father, Mr. Adolphus Curry along with Dean on the scene, they met the victim laying in a pool of blood during which time the victim was taken to Barbra Ann Clinic by some of their neighbors where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
