Wollor from presiding over the 5th Circuit Court of Grand Cape Mount County for ethical misconduct, while ordering the immediate dismissal of Mr. Webster B. Wreh, clerk of the Tax Court for Montserrado County and now Cllr. Elisha Forkeyoh.
