For Squeezing Husband Private Part to Death, Woman 36 Charge For Manslaughter

IPNEWS: Police in Maryland County have charged and forwarded to the Pleebo City Magisterial Court a 36-year-old woman known as Josephine Dieba for manslaughter.
According to the police charge sheet, the action by defendant Josephine violates 14.2 of the penal law of Liberia.
Defendant Josphine Diabe, the charge came following a thorough investigation conducted under the watchful eyes of chief investigator Jimmie Kaydor of the Liberia National Police Crime Services Department in Pleebo Maryland county.
The defendant has been sent to the magisterial court in placebo Friday, October 21, 2022, for trial.ย 
This Media alert came following the arrest of defendant Josephine Diabe, by LNP in Pleebo for allegedly killing her 46-years old husband in Pleebo while fighting.
According to family sources, the late Nathaniel Williams allegedly met his untimely death following a rowdy fistfight between the deceased, and his wife in the place-boo-zone #2 community which led him to sustain a severe injury to his private part.
An Eye witness told police that suspect Josephine allegedly squeezed her husbandโ€™s private part during the fistfight to ensure he was powerless, leading him to droop instantly.
The deceased, Nathaniel Zambia Williams was later rushed to the nearby hospital in placebo by community dwellers and subsequently transferred to the James Jenkins Dossen Referral hospital in Harper City where he was pronounced dead upon arrival by health authorities at the only referral hospital in the southeast, on Monday, October 17, 2022.
