15-year-old Passes Tubman University Entrance Exams with Distinction

IPNEWS:Reports from Maryland County home of the William V.S. Tubman University (TU), have it that the July 2, 2022, Placement Examination that was given with over 632 candidates sitting has produced a 15-year-old student from Grand Gedeh County as dux of the entrance exam.

As Tubman University released its Placement Examination results, over 500 candidates have begun to celebrate in their respective Counties, following the pronouncement; among them is a 15-year-old student in Grand Gedeh County, Eric A. Bagguer, Jr., who first time sat the entrance.

Report says Eric was one of the smallest in age among the six hundred thirty-two (632) candidates who sat for the TU placement exam on July 2, 2022.

“I am grateful to God, my teachers at the N. Nixon Garlo High School, and my dear parents for their support to see myself becoming successful in the Tubman University placement Test, first I was afraid of going to sit for a big test, but when I got at the exam hall a saw the questions I quickly remembered my studies back home and put myself in order”.

Upon receiving his results, Eric pointed out that said achievement means a lot in his academic voyage. He appeals to humanitarians for financial assistance as he gets prepared to embark on his first higher academic journey.

He needs a laptop computer, a smartphone, graduation fees, and feeding fees. A scholarship for university education among others.

Little Eric A. Bagguer Jr. Is a Grand Gedean, Born on September 13, 2006, unto the blessed union of Mr. & Mrs. Eric A. Bagguer Sr. in Zwedru. His father is an Instructor at the Midwifery School in Zwedru.

He started his primary education in 2011 at the age of 5 at the Saint Philomena Catholic school in Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County. He graduated from Kindergartner in 2013 from SPS in Zwedru.

That same year, he enrolled at the N. Nixon Garlo Lutheran High School in Zwedru and his parents decided to change his school because of the distance from his home to the school.

Since the Lutheran High School was in the same community and not far from his parent’s house, his father decided to enroll I’m there for safety reasons. He got many double promotions while at grade school.

Unfortunately for him, despite his academic achievements, he has not received any scholarship or financial aid from any of the grades in the schools he attended. His father and paternal grandmother paid his fees throughout his days in elementary and High School.

Little Eric A Bagguer Jr. is a prospective graduate of the N. Nixon Garlo Lutheran School in Zwedru. He took this gone WASSCE and awaiting results. His parents are very confident that he will make a pass.

He will be graduating from the N. Nixon Garlo Lutheran High School in Zwedru.

Eric who is the first entrance candidate of said age since the institution gained its full University status wants to become a medical doctor and later specialize as brain surgeon.
