CAUCUS FC Make Headways in Minnesota U.S.A. —Opens Largest Community Service Park

IPNEWS: Even though there are many Liberian community Associations across the United States of American, however, CAUCUS FC, has distinguished itself from the rest through immense community development initiatives in the State of Minnesota, U.S.A.

CAUCUS FC begun massive community impact and advancement following the election by 64 membership CAUCUS FC of Mr. Henry Gadebaku, as its new President in 2020 for a two years term.

CAUCUS FC whose vision is to create a healthy and better life in the Liberian community, that is inspired by prepared younger generations in making ethical judgment in life, bringing in integrity, honesty, respect, fairness and teamwork, as its core-mission and values, currently has constructed a vary large park in the state of Minnesota, providing space for recreation and other outdoor events which was a significant need for Liberians living in Minnesota.

Alongside the election of Mr. Henry Gadebaku, CAUCUS FC also elected Marvin Tarley- vice president.

following the election of Henry Gadebaku and his vice President, Mr. Tarley, the pairs move straightforward with massive community development initiative despite the COVID-19 pandemic that continue to ravage the world and derail socio-economic development.

The Henry Gadebaku administration within two years adapted the Willow Lane Park as “CAUCUS FC official name, including the official practice ground of CFC.

The Gadebaku and Tarley administration established a bank account with Wells Fargo, instituted transparency, Accountability, and Financial discipline within CAUCUS FC.

Also CAUCUS FC under the leadership of Henry Gadebaku, established a record management system, including Strategic plan, Meeting minutes, outgoing communications, correspondences and birthday greetings system.

Other system instituted is community Outreach, Hosting of “Fanti lecture” at members homes during bereavements, and First field trip to Fargo, ND.

The leadership of Henry Gadebaku further instituted democracy & Governance by ensuring the first ever ballot-based Democratic election in Caucus’ history, and rollout all processes for 503 C status to make Caucus eligible for assistances in the form of grants and other support at County, State, and Federal levels.

During the tenure of Henry Gadebaku and Tarley the following persons and members of CAUCUS FC were appointed.

Those appointed are Roosevelt Wreh Seedee- Secretary, and Alex Cooper- Financial Secretary.

Others appointed were one of the most popular young man in Minnesota, and other Liberian communities, Prince Diligent Doe- as Team Manager, Political Advisor to the President, Chief of Protocol to the President and spoke Man to the President.

Along Mr. Doe, Bashu Brown, appointed as Technical Director, Social Affairs Department, Mr. George Mitchell-was also appointed as Chairman of CAUCUS FC.

For the Department of Justice, Siki Kawalawu, was appointed Chairman, alongside Roland Baysah- co-chair. Additional appointments made following the election were Harry Karweaye- Chairman, Joe Koryon- co Chairman, and Sammy Kimba- Member, as Election commissioners respectively.
