IPNews-Monrovia: All electoral processes at the GANTA PUBLIC SCHOOL precinct center in NIMBA is at the stand still.

The situation came as the wake of opened ballot box entering the center.

The situation is causing serious tension putting aburpt stop of normal electoral activities to a vote rich county.

The center has a precinct code of 33069, with polling place number 5.

According to citizens who sized the ballot box brought in by a motorcyclist yet to be identified, stated that he took the boxes from the Jackies entertainment.This allegation has not independently confirmed.

In another development, a man identified as jomah was apprehended by residence of New Matadi Estate, after voters noticed with at least 100 premarked ballot papers.

The scene again brought to a momentarily standstill of normal election proceedings until officials of the National Elections Commission-NEC, and the National Police, were called in bringing to the reopening of polls.

There is also report of minor instances of the same in this disregard marking of fingers after voting in the West Point, Johesen, Gbarbga Administrative building, C.H. Duwee, High school, Tubmanburg, and Grand Bassa community college, early this morning.
