IPNews-Monrovia: The Aries Security Services. inc., says Lemuel B. Sherman still a member of its security firm contrary to misleading perception in some quarters that he is no more in the employed of the entity.
In a statement issued in Monrovia, the Chairman, Board of Directors, Hon. Philipbert S. Brown, Dr., stated that as per the policy of Aries Securities Services, Inc., ‘no shareholder or Baird member is to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Corporation contrary to the continued posture of Mr. Sherman.
“Despite the many lies and misconceptions being intentionally placed in the public by Mr. Lemuel B. Sherman, he is a co-signer to all Aries day-to-day financial transactions and gets a generous monthly dividend and gasoline allowances.” A statement from Aries Security Services, Inc. read.
The Management of Aries Security Services, Inc., clarification comes amidst the creation of a parallel Security Firm named Kpah Security Services (KSS), by Mr. Lemuel B. Sherman, contrary to the policy and partnership procedures of Aries Security Services, Inc., and principles of shareholding.
“Despite being a 50% co-owner of Aries Security Services, Inc.(ASSI), Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and a co-signer of ASSI day-to-day financial activities, Mr. Lemuel B. Sherman has organized a parallel Security Firm named and styled Kpah Security Services, Inc. (KSSI), with competing priorities that operates from his home on the Oldest Congo Town .
Meanwhile, Mr. Lemuel Sherman says there is no legal precepts which forbids him from owing another business of the same.
He challenged the entire board of the Aries Security Services, Inc., to show him a portion of the article of Incorporation which indicates and forbids him from doing the same business while still member of Aries Security Services, Inc., contrary to perception by members of the board of Directors, Aries Security Services, Inc.
