Biney donates to Health Facilities

IPNews-Maryland county: CDC Senatorial Aspirant in Maryland County, James P. Biney has identified with major Health Facilities across the County.

Those facilities that benefited include: Cavalla Clinic, Rock Town Clinic, Fish Town Clinic, Youkudi Clinic, Pulla Clinic, Gbloken Clinic, Barriken Clinic, Manalu Clinic, Karloken Clinic and Old Soloken Clinic.

Each of those health facilities received 10 boxes of O Stop Diclofenac Potassium Tablet which contains 2,400 packs.

The medicines, according to health authorities including Officers In-Charge (OIC) and Nurses, cue Fever, Backache, Toothache, Body ache, and Migraine.

According to a proxy of Hon. James Biney, Dr. Dio Constance, the provision of these drugs is meant to lessen the lack of drugs burden across the country.

Constance placed the cost of the assorted medical materials at a little over 2,500 USD that was solely generated from his boss’ pocket.

Dr. Constance later presented the drugs to various towns leadership for onward presentation to the OIC of each Clinic in the county.

The leaderships of the various towns, including OICs /Administrators described the gesture of James Biney as a relief to the County Health Team.

“We welcome the idea for Hon. Biney to help us. We are happy because it will help our clinics for some time” they said.
They however described the gesture as timely and promised that they will be used for the intended purpose.

Meanwhile, residents and Clinics OICs/Administrators’ disclosed that the lack of drugs has been a major challenge at their facilities.

Some of patience who graced the ceremony also thanked and appreciated Hon. James Biney for the provision of drugs to these facilities across the county.

“We are happy for this. We have been sulfuring. Although this is small, but it will really help us” they admitted.

They also appealed to the national government through the Ministry of Health to equip and supply these health facilities with essential medical equipment and drugs as well.
