IPNews-Monrovia: Reports reaching IPNews, says the indictment filled by Representative Dixon Seboe has come under sharpe twist with revaluations that he held ‘mid-night sexual  harassment’ with defendant Beatrice over the last three years.

According to defendant Brooks she has resisted attempts by Representative Seboe to sexually harassed her over three years until the death of her mother.

In a interview with newsmen today upon her release from further detention by Cllr. Edwin Martin, Montserrado County, cheif Prosecutor, Bervina Brooks, insisted she done no wrong and will seek legal penalties for her wrongful imprisonment.

Bervina explained that she was taken to the Monrovia Central Prison to spend a night on charge of ‘disorderly conduct’.

But contrary to Bervina claims, IPNews gathered through court records that Representative  Dixon Seboe dragged the middle age woman to court for allegedly posting information on social media accusing him of paying an unknown individual to have an affair with her for the sole purpose of getting her ‘sex tape’.

In a writ of arrest issued by the Bushrod Island Magisterial court early Tuesday morning, a copy of which is obtained by IPNews, Representative prayed the court to arrest Bervina Brooks.

It can be recalled that Judge James Dudu of the Bushrod Island Magisterial court charged Miss. Brooks with ‘CRIMINAL COERCION and DISORDERLY CONDUCT,’ after she mentioned in her Facebook post that Hon. Dixon Seboe is “having sex with girls in the district, reducing his character and in fact he is a stupid leader.”

Speaking in an exclusive interview with IPNews, lawmaker Seboe said the behavior of Defendant Bervina Brooks has not only injured his character but also hang a dark cloud over his fifteen year of marriage which he does not see as normal district politics.

At the same time, Representative Seboe has reacted to public criticisms that he used legislative power to incarcerate miss Brooks. He has since described the report as unfortunate.

He said at ‘no time did he use political power to incarcerate the defendant’, noting that the decision to jail Miss. Brooks was the prerogative of the court judge which he exercised.
