IPNews-Monrovia: There is an old adage which says, ‘99 days for Criminal and one day for master’.
The Independent Probe Newspaper has unearthed one of the worse academic fraud of modern Liberia, involving Deputy Executive Director, Environmental Protection Agency, EPA.
According to an in-depth investigation conducted by this paper, established Mr. Randall Dobayou, is not a graduate of the Africa Methodist Episcopal University-AMEU, as claimed.
The investigation revealed that a purported letter of ‘Attestation’, currently in circulation by Mr. Dobayou is fake.
When contacted on the authenticity of the letter of attestation, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, (VPAA), Dr. Q. Somah Paygai, told IPNews that the current letter was questionable and the matter is currently being investigated by authorities of the African Methodist Episcopal University –AMEU, to establish how Mr. Randall Dobayou obtained such.
The attestation letter in the possession of the Independent Probe does not indicate who signed the letter, neither does it carried the I.D. No. of Mr. Randall Dobayou, as required from all well-established academic institutions under the higher education standards of Liberia and internationally acceptable standards.
Information gathered by the Independent Probe Newspaper revealed that Mr. Donbayou was suspended from the AMEU in second semester of 2012 for gross violation of University’s student hand book and later traveled to the United States of America, in 2013, while the graduation of AMEU was held in that same year, on Friday, July 12, 2013, under the direction of Dr. Joseph T. Isaac as the University’s 4th President, eleventh days after taking office officially on July 1, 2013.

Information available to the Independent Probe indicates that Mr. Randall Dobaou, II, while in the United States, enrolled at the Vetterott Technical College, St. Charles, Missouri, where he earned a certificate in ‘Universal Technician’, with emphasis in ‘Ventilation and refrigeration’, with brief stalled as Secretary General of CDC-USA, before returning to Liberia in 2019, following the election of President George Manneh Weah, as President of Liberia.
Our investigation further revealed that while in the United States of America, Randall Dobayou, also requested enrollment at the CLARK University, Worcester, Massachusetts, where he was handed an admission at the Department of International Development, Community and Environmental but did not enrolled due to his relocation.
Upon arrival in 2019, Mr. Randall Dobayou, II, was appointed by President George Manaeh Weah, as Deputy Executive Director, Environmental Protection Agency-EPA.
While in the position for nearly four months, Mr. Randall Dobayou, an approved ‘Resident’ of the United States, attended a studied tour along with a delegation from the Environmental Protection Agency-EPA, at the Alabama States University, Montgomery, Alabama, United States of America, for two weeks, on a “Global Climate Science and Communications”, Focus on Early Warning System, contrary to a purported Master degree in circulation. The kid is a fraudster. I knew this long time ago, prior to his appointment and service as DED for EPA. I’ve always argued that he’s not a university graduate, not to talk about master.
However, what does his service has to do with credentials? Like Koijee and Alvin Wesseh, so is the same with this kid. They’re all academic kangaroos and opportunist. That’s why these puppets will do all they can to keep qualified and competent individuals a distance so as to protect their daily bread.
Let’s see the logic: Is Randall underperforming his role at the EPA? My take is that, at this critical time, Randall should be judged base on the content of his performance. I know the brother to be a smart gentleman both on paper and in practice.

The press should never be used to fight proxy wars. Why wasn’t his credentials challenged before now? Is he not performing his duties as the deputy of the EPA?
Oh no. Stop the insanity. Without documentary evidence, it is so unprofessional to taint another person’s credibility and character. 🙏🙏
My days at AMEU he was with us, but I’m so surprised that all of this coming upon him. Wow! Hope he will be able to defend how he earned his credentials. And if truly the that the school’s administration(AMEU) is investigating his degree earned from the school, I might just say he’s in a terrible quagmire. Hmmm!
