He stated that well organized regulatory Tourism Bureau will mitigate huge challenges face in the sector especially the establishment of hospitality school to train Liberians on major issues of the sector which are major challenges currently experienced by the sector in meeting full international hotel management expectation.
“The National Tourism Bureau when establish will help to regulate the hospitality sector, allow Liberia base hotels compete with other hotel in the sub-region , increase the identification and development of tourism sites to attract high Tourist from across the world and significantly help in the reduction of stress experienced in the sector.
Futloo also added that the continuous increase in base commodities on the Liberian was placing huge financial burden on hotel managers .
Additionally Futloo, further stated that overhead cost on the provision of water and electricity are other contributing factor undermining the full attraction of hotel owners to expend.
